Which universities in the U.S. offer full scholarships to international prospective freshmen?

trust me cairn, you don’t want any part of lamar university, and especially beaumont. if you’re an international student, which you are, you don’t really want to go to deep east texas, heed my advice. you should check out texas a&m university. we’ve got great undergrad programs and we’ve got more than 20,000 undergraduate students, so you’ll have no problem meeting friends. plus, college station is a small town and you’d actually have to try to get lost there. however, there’s lots of nightlife and things to do on the weekend. plus we’re only an hour from houston.

Lamar University in Beaumont, TX does for sure.
