Which countries have only free universities?
I’m aware of countries that have one or two free ones. But I’m looking for countries that the government takes care of all educational needs (for a paper). Links would be appreciated.

Trinidad & Tobago the government pays for you schooling.

i know in France university is free! Depending on how you do on your “BAC” test, depends how good of a school you can get into!
