White=light

Black=absence of light.

Depending on what you believe, it could vary.

I would say black, since there wasn’t anything at the beginning of time (or so we think)

Once light was created, then we had white.

My opinion is that they coexist. One cannot exist without the other. Sort of like yin and yang, good and evil… black and white

In my opinion, black came first, since the majority of the sky is black. If you’re looking at it in a religious sense you can say that when g*d created the heavens he made the stars, the planets, etc. but it never says that he made the background, so you can expect that it was already existent to begin with, which was an all encompassing black sky. In a scientific sense you can explain about the “big bang theory” creating everything and how the universe was a large black area up to that point, then white was created when the stars were.

Light was not present at the origin of time. If you take away light, everything is black. Scientific fact! so the answer would be black.

Or you could be politically incorrect and say that in terms of skin color, the earliest humans were white and that along the evolutionary path, white people and blondes will no longer exist because they are not as protected from the sun. So, the answer would be white.

Well it depends how you put it.

I would say White then black be cause the earth did not come automatically with color.

But then again at night it is “Black” But then when the sun comes up you see “White” and it is a never ending cycle so maybe neither exists and it is just a concept.

Well, in physics, black represents no colors at all; and white means a mix of all essential natural colors. Literally, I would say “black” comes before “white”; because the answer is quite obvious. When you look at the word “black”, it starts with a “b”, while “white” starts with “w”. Am I reasonable?
