What’s the student loan YOU applied for?
I need personal references here….. I need something with low interest rate that will cover a whole year of tuition, which is about $23,000. And I want a check sent to me….. like EASY TRUSTWORTHY STUDENT LOAN. Even private, or whatever. Give me your feedback. thanks!!

From my experiences, federal loans have the lowest interest rates. I applied for an unsubsidized Stafford Loan, as no co-signer was necessary and they did not do a credit check. The loan is in my name, not my parents and I have 10 years from the date of graduation to pay it off. My interest rate is 6.8%.

I have two students loans. Both are willing to help me pay back loans when I am having trouble and I can call them when ever I need to. The # for my Sallie Mae loan is 1-888-272-5543 and my Perkins loan (ACS) is 1-800-826-4470. Hope this helps.
