?what degree is it for the mind of boys and girls?

i heard it could be pysocolgy but what kind if it is. because its how the mind of boys and girls are similar and different and how they enteract w/ each other. i wanna get a degree in it but have no clue of what the degree name is. i learn alittle about it in home ece or facs but dont know the name
