license plate deciphering?
i saw a vanity plate onthe freeway and it’s driving me crazy.any ideas? ARKADIY….
my friend said it’ll come to me in the middle of the night and i told her the answers folks will give me an answer with in the hour.

Maybe it was supposed to be along the lines of ARCADIA? {pronounciation wise} Google it, is something,lol…I love personalized plates..I have them and so does my Fiance 🙂

I think it’s for a caddy. Should be OUR CADDY…if you can read it that way. that is what i would have guessed. it’s a cadillac.
