I graduated from U of M D. I loved it there. I had been accepted at U M Ann Arbor, but my parents wanted me to attend school while living at home first. They gave me the option of transferring to Ann Arbor after 2 years. I like U MD so much, though, that I couldn’t even consider leaving after 2 years. It is not too big of a school– especially considering the size of schools like Wayne State and EMU. You will get to know the campus. And, if you get involved in some extracurricular activities, you will find there are student organizations for every interest.
Are you planning to attend orientation? Usually current students assist with orientation programs. It is always nice to hear from someone who has been in your shoes not to long before.
