Is New Horizons Computer Learning Centers an Accredited School?

I am interested in going into Computer Networking and a co-worker told me about New Horizons. He could not tell me if the school was accredited or if the course credits transfer to other colleges. I searched their website and couldn’t find any information. I am leary and don’t want to waste time and money on a certificate that is accredited.
