I am graduated in Business administration from my own country Nepal 3 years ago.How can i get admission & visa
I have great desire to study aboard especially in US or UK.But I have not so sound persentage in graduation.I am a civil servant in my country, Nepal.I have not done any tofel or ielts…yet . I cannot afford to study aboard.So i must get full schlorship to study.I am not so pure in English language.

According to the information you provide it will be very hard for you to go abroad to study. For a full scholarship universities normally require certain minimum marks and often have additional requirements. Additionally schools in UK and US expect that their students read and write English well.
My suggestion would be:
1. Start with improving your English as much as you can.
2. Save as much money as you can.
3. Contact one or two universities where you would like to do your postgrad work. Ask them about entry requirements, costs, and available scholarships.
