I’m guessing that you’re writing a letter of reference for someone, right? Basically, the first paragraph identifies who (or what business) you are talking about, the middle gives background and information and reasons for support, and and the last paragraph lets them know how you can be contacted.
Since I do alot of work with charities (animal rescue groups) and tenant associations, I’ve written a few of these.
I’ve done a web search for you for letter formats and samples of To Whom… letters. Hope this helps.
