This is a saying, that you are unsure of what one thing is of something. For an example, you might say to someone “your attitude is crazy.”

It’s a little unclear if “your what is what” is itself supposed to be a question. If so:

“Your what is what?” would be a question that someone would ask if they didn’t fully understand what someone else had said to them.

For example, one person says “My stomach is fat.” The person spoken to didn’t understand completely what was said but understood that the statement was that something belonging to the speaker was described in some way, so responds by asking “Your what is what?”
