Why do so many Yahoo Answer users write like Tarzan,Tonto, and Frankenstein sound when they speak?

I’ve been trying to figure this out as well. Through observation I’ve noticed that people from many different countries are asking/answering questions. I’m thinking it could be that they are just learning English…or even there is a translation issue between computers. Since keyboards and sentence structure differ between cultures, the combination of the two could cause confusion and jumbled up words.
