Don’t you just get tired of going to school for a little while?

For me, I’m planning on going for my doctorate in English. By the end of the school year I’m ready for a break, but I always go nuts during the long summer break. It’s just too long for me. I hate not being busy. I think I thrive on deadlines and hard work. I think your problem isn’t that you are sick of school, it sounds like you are frustrated by being pushed into a career you don’t want. Stand up for yourself. You will be working for a lot of years before retirement. Do something you like. It’s the main key to a happy life, versus one of misery in a job you hate. If you are determined to stick in the medical field, find an aspect of it that fits your interests.
2) More importantly, if you are not happy with your job, you will have a VERY SAD life!! Either look NOW into getting into sports medicine, or start acting as a hobby on the side, or start facing the fact that you may need to have a serious talk with your (parents?) about what is important for your life!
