where in nyc can i study pre law?

You can study at any four year institution that offers bachelors degrees. And “pre-law” isn’t really a major. You can choose your own course of study. Political science used to be the most popular major for people who went on to law school. Now, you can study anything from dance to engineering and still be admitted to law schools.
