日本語 Japanese according to Babelfish. It tends to be quite literal, so don’t expect grammar or sentence structure to be totally accurate, but it will allow you to make sense of a foreign website or phrase.

The other option use Firefox and get a inline translation (Hyperwords) plugin. It also includes spell checking as you type, I find that extremely useful considering my typing skills.
