What type of recognition programs at work would motivate you in a call center?

Think there should be some team building programs that take place. Maybe even an offsite meeting where the whole group learns to work as a team. I know people like to have their weekend and evening to themselves but it can be very beneficial if the group did something outside of the workplace.

When I worked in a call center, i did outbound calling. Amazingly I enjoyed it when people would screw with me. That always kept my motivation up. 🙂
