prejudice is to make a judgement based on personal opinion without all the facts; based on stereotyping, usually.
Racial prejudice is an inward opinion that may or may not be expressed that is formed without reason.
Discrimination is always an action. Prejudice does not have to be an action, but may. Although, at that point, action upon the prejudicial opinion becomes discrimination.
