What is the best way to score higher on the SAT?

Use the practice tests to tell you what you need work on in the math section, and study the math material in a review book.
I gave another asker a long list of tips and information that might be helpful to you: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AqtTnZrfXytc9BtOUe9rmszsy6IX?qid=20070714192034AAY2lsO&show=7#profile-info-jUal0616aa
I hate to copy and paste (seems rude…), but I’d tell you a lot of the same stuff. Hope this helps!
Good luck!
LEARN something you don’t know. Do what someone suggested above. Analyze which sections are your worst. Get some instructional materials on those sections. Buy one of those SAT vocabulary novels and read it. Get news, science and business magazines and read them, seriously, as if you were going to be tested on the content. SAT passages are non-fiction, which schools don’t spend much time on. Practice your math, interpreting the question and reasoning your way through the answers.
On the practice tests, figure out which math problems you do poorly on and spend time studying in that area.
