After the war there was a 8 years period that state was focused on rebulding of the country and some privatization approachs followed. during this period a new middle class developed that it had new demands. after this 8 years these new social demnds forced for more changes. a reformist government came to power for the next 8 years. the social climate was changed slightly. specially more freedom for youth and press. when Iran passed to the world cup 2002 peoples came to the streets and celebrated the event with dancing and freely exposure of their exult that was a unpresedented event since the Islamic Revolution.

now a days you can see youth mates who walk in public hand in hand that shows the nature of recent changes. basicly there is more tolerance toward desires of youths dough the police somewhen alarms them to prevent them to go far.

after the war constitution became revised and so more authority was admited to the president.

the main changes relates to the youth behavior and requests. this conduced a vast gap between the formal culture that government promotes and that in real life folk specially youths practice in everyday life.
