It means whoever said it has an incredibly vague understanding of quantum mechanics and smoked some things in college he really shouldn’t have.

hopefully this answer will give a little insight. basically everyone is made up of electrons and neutrons(atoms) which are constantly moving creating energy because anything in motion creates energy. the next line we are all one…… means since were are all made up of the same type of atoms and the only thing that makes us different from each other is our everyday experience. the next line: there is no such thing as death. means that our atoms never die our existance is just what we percieve it to be.
