What does this quote mean?

Whoever does not love music and alcohol and the ladies is a fool.

A man who does not love women,wine and song meaning life will be a fool for the rest of his life.

A person who cannot appreciate women, wine or songs/music is a fool.

This means that if don’t relax and have fun in life and enjoy it you are basically cheating yourself out of life. If you don’t like sex you are repressing yourself if you don’t like wine you are too stuck up. If you don’t like song you have a lack of emotional depth and all that together makes you someone less people like to hang around or a fool.

My interpretation is that a guy who does not believe in love will rely on drinking and entertainment his entire life (which will never fulfill him)

Basically whoever doesn’t enjoy women, wine, and music doesn’t know how to live his life. Those three things are like “the ingredients for life”.
