I don’t really understand your question. Are you asking if you should invite your algebra teacher? Well, if it’s a party with a group of friends, then I don’t think I would. If it’s a party with adults and your friends, then I don’t see why not.

It is not appropriate for you to invite your algebra teacher to your house. Seeing that you are in algebra and therefore probably in 8th or 9th grade, even if you did ask, it would be inappropriate for the teacher to attend.

It will put your teacher in a difficult position. He is ethically and possibly legally prohibited from this kind of contact with you and it would be best not to invite him. You wouldn’t want him to lose his job, would you?
