Video Game/ Software knowledge on a gamestop application?

thats what it says but i dont know what to put for like software knowledge like do they mean what kind of software is made to use games like maya and motion builder, c++ and stuff i dont know this is my first job

when i filled out my gamestop application i put what systems i know about like i could help out a person who has a question on ps2 and gamecube.
game software i put the big title games i know about like what its content is for parents who are concerned for their kids (how hard is it for these people to follow the ratings if their kids arent of age dont get em the game its that simple)
pc knowledge of course i put nothing cuz i know nothing of computer games and such
so yeah thats what i put

Well, I’m not an employee or ex, but I’d say you can just put in something like “Average gamer knowledge/experience” for the first two. I’m assuming that PC Knowledge means tech knowledge and/or skills in using a PC? So just put in what you know. Don’t sweat it too much =]
