University of New Haven has a superior hotel management program, and they are quite accomodating for international students.

You have not mentioned whether you are an under graduate in Hotel Management. However if you are, then you can opt to do an MBA in International Hotel & Tourism Management which has a lot of scope in UK and in europe as well. You ma refer website www.namtech.net for more details. If you are not, then it is better you opt one year Diploma In Hotel & Tourism Management from Switzerland as the program is of 6 months study and 6 month paid internship. Most of the institutions in Swiss give a very good program which is valid world wide.
