Some Advice?
I’m 24 years old been working in the medical field for a year and decieded it wasn’t for me. Recently consider going back to school to be an esthetician, is this a good career to consider? How much do they make the first year? Are there many jobs in this field?

I was in your same situation, however, I am pursuing a career in another field. Even though I don’t know how much money estheticians make my advice is to do something that makes you happy. If you are not happy with where you are then you will unnecessarily make your life miserable. Having to go to a job that you dislike everyday is horrible.
Step outside of the box and experience working in another field (of your choice) and you may find that you will actually love it. If the pay is not so great starting off then don’t worry. You may be able to advance in the field and end up earning a salary that meets your expectations. Hope my words of advice are encouraging. Good luck.
