It is really entirely up to yourself whether if you still have the passion and interest to continue studying.
The other thing you should consider is whether your parents can afford to support you financially, if they are supporting you.
Your teacher is absolutely right about getting a better job and a higher salary with a Master Degree. Today a normal degree is too common and everyone has one. So if you want to stand out, the Master Degree can really help.
But if your parents are waiting for you to put meals on the table, then you have to reconsider your options.
Good luck

What do YOU want to do? That’s the most important question. I’ll assume for the moment that you might want to continue your education. Why does your family want you to start working? Have your parents been paying for school up to this point? If that is the case and they just don’t want to pay for any more school, then get a loan and finance it yourself, or take their advice and find a job and save up to go to grad school.
If you don’t want to go to grad school, then don’t. See what kind of employment is out there for people with a bachelor’s in your field.
