Scope of Corporate Law??
I am from Pakistan.. I am applyin for US universities for my higher studies.. few days before one of my friend told me bout Corporate Law.. I want to know what exactly is Corporate Law and what is its scope in and outside United States??!!

You need an undergraduate degree before applying to a law school, there is a good scope of Corporate (business) law in US and other countries as well, even in Pakistan there is a lot of scope for corporate law b/c of the multinational companies…
After undergraduate you need to do three years of law school and then a bar exam…
As a corporate lawyer you need to check if the company is investing properly or if their contracts and agreements are correct…
You should take business courses (e.g. accounting, finance, etc…)
