Neither. Plastic uses oil and isn’t biodegradable. Paper kills trees and is replaced often without being recycled. Try using other things, like corn based products(very biodergradable), and mugs to drink from.

Plastic. Its not natural unlike paper. You are using trees to make paper which we need for oxygen. Plastic is very enviromentally friendly.

Both are not good, but maybe paper is not as bad as plastic, as it degrades way faster and day to day we recycle it more, making trees less vulnerable.
