You need to contact the administrators for the school in this case. The child should be talked to to see why the pants were dropped.

May be a case of this is how the child is spanked at home, in which case, children’s services will probably be contacted.

If the child dropped the pants to be funny or make a scene, then additional discipline is warranted.

This is obviously a kid asking the question… teachers aren’t allowed to spank their students. If a student dropped his pants for ANY reason, he would immediately be sent to the principal’s office and probably be suspended for it.
