I am sure there are. I caution you to check out the reputation of any program you are interested in. Ask people who are in the field where you might want to work what they think of a particular school. There is still somewhat of a bias against online programs because there have been a lot of poor programs–even though they are accredited by one of the national accrediting organizations. However, there are a number of prestigious colleges and universities that offer online programs–your degree is from the institution, and no one would know that you did your program online. This is common for business programs. I do not know anything about science programs.

Those all seem like subjects that require more than an online education could offer. For example, biology and chemistry will require you to be in a lab and learn to use certain equipment. Online education seems to work better with majors that are abstract or based on concepts like business or English. (I am not suggesting that those are the only subjects that can be pursued online; however, there are some that do not lend themselves to online instruction).
