Is it possible to live off campus and still pledge a fraternity?
For a number of reasons I would prefer to live at home, some of these reasons deal with money others are medical. That said I am still a fit, bright young man and wish to pledge a fraternity is this possible?

Sure, but expect to spend a fair amount of your free time at the frat house even if you don’t live there.
Townies can easily feel disconnected and left out if they don’t spend as much face time with their brothers as the live-ins do.

Absolutely. No sorority or fraternity houses all of their members. The frat houses are extremely expensive and not worth the money.
