Is it better to take protein shake after or before a work-out..?
ALSO I have GNC – Mass XXX and Pure Weight Gainer would it better to mix them or take one after another..?

Protein AFTER. You’ve used & damaged the proteins in your body, now it’s time to help them repair.

I think you should take a protein shake before and after you work out. If you’re trying to pack on the pounds and workout to turn that into muscle, I would suggest taking it three times a day. May be too much protein intake but those mixes can be so thick and hard to drink, I take it three times a day at half portions so it’s easier to drink.
