Im moved and i have to go to a new school in 10th grade…?
How do i make friends that are like me QUICK on the first day without out seem ing like a freak??? i listen to indie and emo rock and… well i guess you could call me emo but i never hung out with emo people cause i hung out with my friends that i knew since elmentary school

Elmo totally rocks! Not sure you will find too many Elmo fans though in the 10th grade…

Just be yourself. Try to be open and friendly if your typically a shy person. Also, if you get into extracurricular activities such as sports or chorus, it is usually easier to make friends. Be patient, sometimes if takes a little bit of time to make some good friends.

Just do what you always do to make friends. It worked before so, why do anything different? Just remember. The best way to make friends is to BE a friend.
