hello everyone iam graduated from faculty of agriculture , bio chemistry dept. Y 2000 and i have wish to get the master degree in my field so i want study in any Russian regions such as Ukraine because it is not expensive for me , so i want to contact with these faculties to offer my applecation and my certificate to start my study in the next school year Sept. 2007 thanks . my best regards
