In a speech class I went to one of the ladies did a persuasive speech about why dogs should be kept on leashes at all times. it was great!! she said that she had kids and the dogs attacked her kids… it was a wonderful speech.
but you are right, it doesn’t have to be anything major. It can be something as simple as trying to convince someone to try texting on their cell phone… or using yahoo answers….
the key is – whatever topic you choose – you must be passionate about, at least in your speech. In my persuasive speech, i talked about why ex boyfriends should move out of the county once they became your ex!!
