As a careers teacher I found that a majority of students had no idea at all of careers available, how to achieve them, how to decide what alternatives they were suitable to them and how to choose between these.
So, can you answer the above for yourselves?
Career guidance helps youth to make good choices for themselves. By making good choices, everyone benefits as everyone is in the career they are most suited for wrt likes, abilities and interests. Education costs are reduced as people find it easier to do well in courses they study, you should not have oversupplies in some careers and under supplies in others.
