I’m 23 almost 24 and I want to go to college am I too old to take the SAT’s?

I dropped out of high school at 16 but got my GED however I now find that I am at a cross roads of my life and would like to go to college can I take the SAT’s?

Go for it! I would suggest that you obtain a book or software program to help you review. Sometimes recalling one or two skills (especially in math) can really boost your score. Also – you might want to investigate some low-cost/no-cost prep classes offered at your local community college.

You know, in 20 years it won’t matter too much if you started college at age 18 or 24. It’s not how you start – it’s how you finish. Best of luck to you.

You may not need to take the SAT. Most colleges have an entrance exam that covers math, english and writing. I never took my SAT’s…
