I don’t know what to minor in!?
I’m a communications/print media major and I need to decide on a minor soon, but I have no idea what to settle on. There are SO MANY things that I like, but I can’t minor in everything or else I’d be in school for ANOTHER 4 years. What majors go good with Journalism but still give me “something extra” to have to fall back on?

Psychology minor may help in communications considering one has to know what people think and feel. Consider maybe looking into something that will support your major and not something that you think is cool.

Is there one topic that you really see yourself writing about? By that I mean there are categories (business, science, fiance, real estate, fashion, psychology, health, etc) that you could have some extra knowledge and focus your reporting on!

Business or marketing to broaden your skills in case it doesn’t work out at the newspaper or magazine you want to work at. You could find yourself in public relations with that combo
