how would you rate your comfort and expertise with computers.?

I am fairly confortable with computers. I am pretty familiar with what everything does inside of the computer, I can use quite a few computer programs and can trouble shoot if things (computer or program) are not to snafued.

Programming, building and in-depth diagnostic are way out of my league but I have friends to fix those things for me. : )
