How would the beginning to a brief biography go?

You could start with the present by saying:

John Doe always thought he would have a future in finance, but he never dreamed it would land him in prison. From the time he was about 8 years old he had a natural knack for making money. It all started one summer day, when out of boredom he decided to take a walk around the neighborhood. As he passed each house, he noticed a terrible odor coming from each yard. It was the awful stench of dog poop. That’s when he came up with the idea of being the neighborhood pooper scooper. For 50 cents a day he would scoop the poop left by the family pooch. It wasn’t long before he had a client list of 10 families requesting his service each day. The profits added up quickly. Ten families at 50 cents a day, five days a week came to a cool $5.00. a week. Not bad for an 8 year old!!

Anyway, you get the idea…

It was a snowing, when I showed up for my life. Or Showing up for my life wasn’t really what I wanted to do, after I was born I was still tied to my mom’s apron strings, and I just figured out how to untied knots.
