Before getting into one, make sure that your vocal chords are set right ;o) And once you enter the arena, I am sure you’ll feel gripping. But do not give into that tension, poise yourself comfortably in the seat, hands on the conference table. And once the reviewers say “GO”, begin your talk, be the first. And mainly, do not deter away from the topic. Give others the oppurtunity to express their views. And finally, make the rest of the candidates converge to your view by citing some real time examples.
