Talk to your school counselor. Many students take extra classes during the school year and attend summer school to complete the required hours in just 3 years.

Skipping a grade is not an easy decision. You will need to be both socially and academically prepared.
Perhaps a better route would be to talk with a school conselor and see if you could take some College or University classes. Often accelerated students are able to take College classes their junior and senior year. They of course must still keep up their High School classes, but may take electives in an area of interest at a local community college.
You might find 1 class a semester a good place to start if you do well, second semester you can take on a 2nd college class.

Some schools allow you to graduate in 3 years. There is also the dual enrollment program where in your junior year you can enroll in either a vocational or college program sometimes the county will pay. Contact your adviser about this.

First, talk to your guidance counselor and principal. Also, do EXCEPTIONALLY well in the grade you’re already in. You won’t even be considered for skipping a grade if you’re not doing exceptionally well in your current grade.
Also, I believe you mean”tired” instead of “tiered”. While “tiered” is a word, I doubt it’s the one you want here.

You don’t. Take senior classes, and then graduate early. Or do PSEO. Its a much cheaper and better option.
