how can i go to western country?

i am 20 and burmese. i am just student and now 2nd year student in here. but i don’t have enough money to go abroad to western country such as england , paris or something like that. what should i do for it? i have got a International Diploma in Computer Studies from UK just distance. and also english diploma from our yangon university and other certificates i have. i wanna go abroad quickly if may be.so what should i prepare for that?
