Contact the colleges that offer INET courses. Many of them specifically solicit tutors who are familiar with the Blackboard system for internet courses. You can check with the colleges and universities in your area for postings for tutors. Or you can post your own availability on the campus bulletin boards. Be sure and let the students know your areas of expertise.
