Afflicted with, or better, ‘afflicted by’……
‘will represent’ or ‘can represent’….
‘The wearing of’ is a singular idea, so ‘has’ not have….
afflicted WITH
“will be representing” isn’t wrong, but it references a different point in time than “will represent” which is probably what the person wanted who told you this was wrong. “will be representing” references the point in time prior to the election when the candidate is garnering the electors’ votes. “will represent” references the point in time after the candidate has been elected.
“have” should be “has”, it’s “the wearing” (singular) which has been banned, not the tank tops.
afflicted from should be afflicted with
will be representing should be will represent
have been completely banned should be has been completely banned
happy writing

For the second, one is “afflicted by” tuberculosis, not “afflicted from” it.
For the third, it should be “who will represent,” rather than “who will be representing.”
For the fourth, it should be “has been completely banned.”
