help on poem and prose on the topic nature and humour???
well am asking this on my bro’s behalf….he is in 4th grade and he is going for an interschool competition…its elocution of either a poem or a piece of prose on either of these topics…
1.nature
2.humour
please help me out…give me some ideas or any links… thnx in advance…..

T. S. Elliott did a series of poems on animals. Each are quite short and usually funny. Good 9 yr old stuff such as:
The Fly
The Good Lord went and made the fly
and then he didn’t tell us why!
