Have anyone heard of hospitals paying students who wants to become nurses tuition as long as they work for?
them for about a year or two if so have u heard of any in Austin tx or any surrounding cities

Yes, and its called tuition reimburtsment! Get a local news paper and look in the healthcare want ads, most hospital specify this as a benefit to attract employees. Go find employment there and get in however you have to as a janitor, food service, CNA, and use tuition reimburstment as a way to get a nursing degree.

If you have an AA in nursing, and you want to have a BSN many hospital have programs where you can recieve your BSN degree for free only if you work for them, Classes r usually held at the hospitals taught by the head nurses

I have, but not in Austin. You usually have to work there for several years after graduation. It’s a good deal, though.
