YES! Go to www.ciee.org . They are a very reputable organization, and they have a program for US high school students to go abroad. CIEE offers High School Abroad programs in Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Costa Rica Internship, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Spain.
