Growing up in Smithtown, I feel as if I have a great opportunity, with Hilton Hospitals, to give back to the community for which I was raised.

Or even better, leave out “I feel as if”

It is a run-on sentence try putting less comas and start new sentences.
Because I grew up in Smithtown, I feel as if I have a great opportunity to give back to the community for which I was raised in Hilton Hospitals.
