does anyone know how Americans can go to college abroad, not for a summer but for the whole degree?
I want to go to college in China, Japan, Korea, or India. I am interested in learning their language and culture, but I am not fluent in any of the languages yet. Does anyone know of any GOOD links that show a lot of colleges outside the u.s. and stuff about them not just their names?

Universities in the countries you list will require you to be fluent in the local language before you can take classes. There are, however, some “American University in X” types of programs that are taught in English, but I don’t believe that’s what you’re interested in.
However, I believe that Beijing Normal University offers a one year, intensive Chinese language program which is designed to help prepare you to study in a Chinese university. There could be similar programs in the other countries you list.
For China, at least, you can contact their Ministry of Education to obtain information about available programs.
